The room was really spacious. i liked the bathroom. It also had comfortable pillows. the location is superb.. it's right on the edge of the town centre.

the room was not air-conditioned. the windows didn't shut properly.. i could hear the noise from the main street. the sound from the tv was terrible.

ample space comfortable bed friendly staff

the room provided ample space with a very comfortable bed and pillows. i found the location excellent, with access to the town centre and local attractions. the staff were very friendly upon check-in as a guest.

the windows did not fully close, permitting noise from the main street to disturb sleep. i think that better soundproofing would vastly improve the guest experience.

spacious room, great staff

warm greeting spacious room clean facility

artu greeted me warmly. he showed me to the room and explained the facilities, along with the check-in and check-out processes. rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. the restaurant was really good as well!

the tv didn't work. noise from outside persisted throughout the night and into the morning because of thin windows. there was only one small toilet roll in the bathroom, also the coffee was not to my taste.

the location is near a convenient car park. the hotel is at the end of the main street. it is just beyond the king alfred statue, close to many restaurants and sites.
